Our clients had DLC top of mind for this project because they wanted to transform their outdoor living space into one of luxury and pure relaxation.

An outdoor kitchen area was custom-built using galvanized steel, veneered with royal blue natural stone and topped with a beautiful black granite countertop. We installed the latest components on the market for outside cooking, including a BBQ, smoker and sink. Designed for ample cooking and serving space, and built in a central location to easily host. The majority of the outdoor living area was paved with Rinox Proma Quadra 32″ × 32″ in ash charcoal to give a big open feel to the yard.

The pool area was designed for ultimate utility and relaxation, including a spa easily accessible from inside the pool and a custom waterfall feature. We also designed a pool house with plumbing and electricity. An outdoor shower was a unique touch added for easy rinsing before and after enjoying the pool. A pristine glass security fence was an elegant touch to maintain an open feel for the yard.

A custom gas fire pit was built for the second living space to enjoy on warm and cool evenings from spring to fall. The property fence was made of ornamental cedar wood which gives a gorgeous luxury look. The fence was complemented with elements such as the IPE BBQ landing, stairs to the house and garden boxes throughout the property.
