Tucked into the heart of woods in St-Lazare - fresh relandscaping
We were fortunate enough to work with these clients and a blank canvas to build a backyard oasis.
Our clients had a large unutilized backyard and wanted to create a functional space that was both low maintenance and eye-catching. They wanted us to revamp their existing pool deck as well as incorporate a hot tub on their main patio.
For the pool area, we built and poured an exposed aggregate concrete pool deck; a long-lasting, low maintenance product yet very striking to the natural eye. We also incorporated a natural stone diving board that we hand-selected from a local Quebec quarry.
To have the hot tub located on the patio while maintaining privacy, we built an IPE privacy screen and incorporated IPE benches surrounding the area. The patio was equally built in IPE wood which made for a smooth transition from hot tub to dining area. DLC constructed a natural stone outdoor kitchen and island which separated the dining area and the hot tub perfectly.
Lastly, one additional living space was created, off to the back of the property. We built a natural garden stone fire pit area, perfect for relaxing on both warm & colder summer evenings.
