In search of a show-stopping landscape for both the front and back outdoor spaces, the owners of this Dollard-des-Ormeaux property enlisted DLC to create an extensive, modernized landscape using the best quality products.
Our team began thinking outside the box in order to turn this property’s traditional paver landscaping into a unique and modern creation.
With the use of large slabs of Techo-Bloc ‘Sleek’ we took the traditional U-shaped driveway and built a modern sharp-edged rectangular driveway. This was no easy feat as the driveway itself has an upsloping slant. We needed to ensure the grade was perfect in order to lay the large pavers down on a slope.
For the staircase, we covered the existing concrete stairs with Techo-Block ‘Raffinato’. The look was polished with a beautifully crafted glass railing.
We replaced the dated back pool patio with Techo-Block ‘Para’ and refurbished an existing concrete deck with Techo-Block ‘Venetian’ pavers.
