The project in Baie-D’Urfé showcases a complete outdoor transformation, blending functionality and aesthetics. Every detail, from groundwork to finishing touches, was executed to ensure durability and elegance.

 

The work began with site preparation and excavation, ensuring a solid foundation for all construction elements. A front landing overlay was then created, offering a stylish and resilient surface to enhance the home’s entrance. The driveway and landing construction followed, resulting in a durable, visually striking hardscape designed for ease of access.

In the backyard, modern concrete installations provided a versatile surface, while an irrigation system was implemented to maintain healthy plant life. Window wells were installed to improve drainage and safety, and a drywell was constructed in the back corner to manage water flow and prevent flooding.

 

Final touches of river stones, sod, and plantings were added to complete the look. The result is a solid, gorgeous seawall with enhanced landscaped areas. Lush grass and colorful plantings surrounding their patios and walkways to create a unique everlasting peaceful backyard they can enjoy for summers to come!
