A full landscape dream
This project was completed in multiple phases to create the ultimate landscape our clients envisioned for their completely bare front and backyard. The goal was to design and create a landscape that both allowed our clients to take advantage of the summer in their own yard to relax, and be able to host and entertain with ample space.
In the front yard, a new driveway was constructed out of asphalt and a Techo-Bloc Blu Grande trim in Shale Grey. This design connected to the front entrance and walkway which was made of matching Techo-Bloc Sleek in Nickel Grey and Techo-Bloc Brandon Border in Shale Grey to complement the home. This same design was used to create a walkway path from the front to the backyard pool area.
The deck and skirting were built with IPE wood which gave a luxurious feel and provided a calm space for their hot tub. In order to add privacy to the hot tub on the deck, we built a privacy fence out of the same IPE to create a cohesive look. A glass fence and railing were the ultimate choice for safety and privacy for this project as it created an inclusive living space, connecting each area. The second living area of 1800 square feet was paved by the pool with Techo-Bloc Blu Grande in Shale Grey for a classic look. Designed to have ample space to relax and host large groups of family and friends on those warm sunny days. A feature waterfall at the back edge of the pool was also added to the atmosphere.
For the final touches, an irrigation system was installed throughout the property. Many garden beds were designed throughout the property with tons of shrubs and perennials.
