On one of the most sought after real estate locations in the West Island, these homeowners were in search of the right contractor to turn their backyard into the perfect oasis that they could enjoy on weekends and evenings with family and friends. These clients were not only looking for prestige in the work performed, but a design that was unique enough to stand out amongst the other backyards on the known street.

Our designers went straight to work on dreaming up a two-tier flagstone patio, in order to break up the backyard landscape and provide a separate lounge location away from the pool deck. As our clients took a great amount of pride in their gardening, we wanted to allow them more room to do so.

Thus, a raised planter, built out of natural stone, was recommended to fill the large South side of the property. This planter box followed with the build of the wrap-around back porch and added to the tier-look of the backyard.

The final touches required to bring this backyard to the next level included adding lighting to the risers in the wood stairs and all new plantings around the pool, along the perimeters and in the planters.
