Clients of ours from the West Island purchased their new waterfront home; located on Lake of Two Mountains and contracted DLC to transform their 75,000 square feet of property into a landscape that was not only meant for relaxing but entertaining as well.

DLC was tasked with creating a landscape that would fit in with the rural surroundings but also held a tremendous amount of WOW factor; a place to unwind as well as to host great parties!

The home was elevated much higher than lake level and our clients absolutely wanted a pool at their top terrace, right off the home. Due to the elevation, DLC needed to build tiered retaining walls that led down from the pool area to the lake.

Using IPE wood for the deck and armour stone and flag stone for the retaining walls and stairs, we created a beautiful and eye-catching landscape that maintained all natural elements while still making the area feel fresh and modern. Plantings, new sod and fresh mulch in the new garden beds completed the vision.
