  To begin, we'll meet at your property to map the project out. You tell us how you would like your outdoor space to look and function, we take notes. Once we have your wish list down, we'll go over the specifics of your site, outlining the challenges and opportunities. Then, we’ll start developing a concept plan.

• 2. Concept Plan

  When the concept plan is ready, we'll sit down together and go over the key features of your project. This is where we need your feedback - the more notes you give us, the closer we'll get to producing the exact outdoor space you imagine.

• 3. Landscape Plan

  We meet again; this time, to review the final landscape plan and construction cost details. If your project requires multiple steps to complete, we will review construction timelines and establish project phasing.

• 4. Construction Preparation

  Once you have approved the construction contract, we start preparing for installation. This includes securing necessary permits and compiling source materials.

• 5. Construction

  It's time to build! Aside from producing a beautiful outdoor space, our main priority during construction is to minimize disruption of your daily routine. Our crews will keep the job site clean and tidy, ensuring a professional and safe environment for you and your family. Throughout the installation, you'll be kept up-to-date on our progress and the upcoming stages of work.

• 6. Project Closeout

  Once construction is complete and your property has been given a thorough cleaning, we perform a final walkthrough of the site together, ensuring that all details are exactly as you pictured them. Then, we will go over how best to care for the new landscape. If you're looking for long-term lawn care, we'll be happy to refer you to our maintenance department.
